Question: How do I clean rug fringes?
Answer: Following cleaning you may not be satisfied with the appearance of the fringe. Often it is made of cotton and cellulosic browning occurs during drying. Even though it’s clean it looks dull. To avoid this, clean the fringe with Powdered Haitian Cotton Cleaner.
If your customer prefers a fringe that is almost white try this technique. Once the fringe is dry use Chemspec RX for Browning. It is imperative to rinse the product from the fringe with Powdered Haitian Cotton Cleaner to avoid re-browning.
