| Answer: | How does ECOgent cleaner differ from existing commercial and institutional cleaners? ECOgent cleaner differs from existing petrochemical-based cleaners used for routine institutional and commercial cleaning applications. Most institutions will use a separate cleaner for: · Glass to prevent streaky or hazy surfaces · Floors to prevent dulling or damage to floor films · Carpets to prevent premature carpet resoiling, · Bathrooms to remove soap film, hard water deposits, mineral deposits and organic soils · General Purpose for heavy soiled project cleaning · Food Preparation Areas require specifically developed cleaner if food is being prepared or served. ECOgent is manufactured free of petrochemical-based ingredients and this patent-pending formulation is suitable for use as: · Streak-free glass and surface cleaner–simply spray and wipe dry. · Excellent floor cleaner that does not dull finishes or promote soil build up, especially bathroom or ceramic tile floors where grout lines tend to accumulate dirt and discolour. · On carpets, the ECOgent residues left in carpets have been proven not to promote carpet resoiling · ECOgent will remove bathroom soils safely; ECOgent has proven not to damage the modern plastic fixtures that some household and commercial cleaners do. · ECOgent, when diluted at one part cleaner and ten parts water, is a good heavy-duty general purpose cleaner without the common hazards of most commercial general-purpose cleaners. · ECOgent is non-toxic and labeled appropriately for use in commercial food preparation and handling facilities. · ECOgent, unlike many institutional cleaners, is safe and will not harm staff or building occupants. · ECOgent, unlike many institutional cleaners, has proven to rapidly degrade under all environmental conditions using whole formulation testing. · ECOgent has been third-party verified and certified environmentally responsible by the Environmental Choice Program (Registered Trademark of Environment Canada) |
